About Us
On-Size Manufacturing is a 15-person precision machine shop operating out of a 15,000 square foot facility in Kent, Ohio. We are well equipped to handle a wide range of precision machined components, supporting prototype, low-production, and high-production manufacturing.
Our team specializes in CNC turning and CNC milling and is experienced in machining components that require close tolerances and consistent results. We have worked with a variety of materials, including exotic alloys such as Hastelloy X and Inconel, as well as stainless steel series materials and other commonly used industrial metals.
On-Size Manufacturing operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system and meets all requirements for MIL-I-45208A and MIL-C-45662 calibration standards. Our processes emphasize controlled machining, calibrated inspection, and adherence to customer specifications.
As a close-knit shop, our team works collaboratively across machining, inspection, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed accurately and delivered on time. We take pride in building reliable parts and long-term relationships with our customers.
Our story
On-Size Manufacturing began in 1981 with a small CNC mill in a garage. Through steady growth and a commitment to quality, we’ve grown into a full-service machine shop while maintaining the same hands-on approach that started it all.
